Join our team for an evening of mindfulness where crafting and creating your own flower arrangement will make you slow down and relax. 

Ikebana is a Japanese millenary art of flower arranging. An art that makes you appreciate beauty in everything that we do, in this case, a dried flower arrangement with a modern twist for you to take home.

We will start our evening sipping Japanese tea whilst we discuss some of the principles behind Ikebana and will offer tips and tricks on how we will be using our kenzans (eco-friendly metallic weighted stand) for the arrangement. 

Then, you will be able to start making your flower arrangement. We will offer an array of beautiful dried flowers and branches in different colours at our ‘Dried Flower Bar’. 

All materials are included in the workshop – just bring yourself and enjoy a relaxed evening learning more about the symbolism behind this tradition, mellow music and tea. 


Ikebana Workshop - Make your own dried flowers arrangement

Join our team for an evening of mindfulness where crafting and creating your own flower arrangement will make you slow down and relax. 

This beginner hand-build ceramic workshop is about getting your creativity out. You will learn the different techniques of hand-building : 

Basic wedging - The class will begin with the clay preparation
Coiling technique - Clay is rolled by hand and stretched. A traditional technique use to build taller items such as planters or vase.
Pinching/carving technique
During the class, you will make your own ceramic object (small vessel, candle holder, sculpture…). There is no limit in what you can build.

Your ceramic will then be left to dry in our studio and Natcha will fire and glaze them.

You will be able to choose your glaze color during the workshop.

They will be posted within the next 15 days.

All materials are included in the workshop – just bring yourself and enjoy a relaxed evening learning a new craft.
